  1. By participating in the “Expo Business Development” promotion, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
  2. The Promoter is TOTAL WORKFIT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD (ABN 26 166 120 789) of Level 3, 99 Bathurst St, Hobart 7000 (Promoter).
  3. The promotion commences at the start of the Occupational Therapy Australia National Conference & Exhibition (OTA event) and concludes at the end of the event (25 – 27 June 2025). All entries must be received by the Promoter before to the end of the promotion.
  4. Participants must be aged 18 years or over. On each day of the OTA day, entry is open to the first 25 people who visit the Benchmark Rehab booth, complete the online sign-up form at the booth and follow Benchmark Rehab on LinkedIn.
  5. The participants will receive their resume and cover letter package via email within 30 days of the event.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.
  7. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
