Exercise Physiologist

Servicing both the North and Northwest of Tasmania, Alex is an Exercise Physiologist providing a high level of evidence-based rehabilitation and exercise management services to a diverse client base. He is passionate about helping people restore function, build confidence and return to meaningful activity safely and sustainably. Alex is committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred care.

Alex completed his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at Griffith University on the Gold Coast and has three years’ experience working independently across private practice. His clinical background includes rehabilitation for hip and knee replacements, as well as working extensively with NDIS and DVA clients, tailoring programs to individual needs, goals and capabilities.

Alex is an effective communicator who builds strong professional relationships with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams. His hands-on experience in assessment, program design and long-term rehabilitation allows him to deliver practical, results driven outcomes. Outside of work, Alex is an avid golfer, with a strong interest in helping people stay active and performing at their best.
