Rehabilitation Consultant

Based in Hobart, Bec is an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant who has worked extensively with defence personnel, veterans, and community clients to achieve their medical, psychosocial, and vocational goals. Bec has led national rehabilitation program initiatives, provided vocational counselling and assessments, and delivered complex case management across diverse sectors. She has collaborated with medical teams, allied health providers, employers, and defence command to ensure coordinated, client-centred care.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, Bec works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support clients transitioning into new vocations and life stages. She is committed to empowering individuals through practical, client-centred approaches that promote long-term wellbeing and sustainable outcomes. Valued for her ability to quickly build trust, work collaboratively, and navigate complex systems, Bec is committed to creating pathways that support sustainable return-to-work and improved wellbeing.
