Based in Devonport, Raelene is an experienced rehabilitation consultant and is a WorkCover accredited return to work coordinator. Raelene has a solid background in return to work coordination, including within the Injury Prevention and Workplace Rehabilitation department at Tasmanian Health Service.
Raelene’s background prior to injury management is in nursing management, frontline nursing, and hospital administration. Through her hospital and public health work experience, Raelene has developed a proactive approach to coordinating the rehabilitation and return to work of injured workers, as well as possessing a solid understanding of a range of physical and psychological injuries. Raelene is well-versed with complex claims/injuries and has good rapport with local medical practitioners in the North West.
Raelene has a pragmatic approach and is committed to achieving rehabilitation goals through proactive, prompt and regular contact with relevant parties and supporting the worker in achieving return to work goals in a time, safe and sustainable manner.
