Rehab Support Lead & Mediator

Based in Hobart and providing services Statewide, Sara utilises her career experience in HR, Talent Management and Recruitment to provide redeployment services including résumé/cover letter development, job seeking, training identification and coordination and job placement services to clients (including Host Placement), successfully matching a person’s skills and capacity with suitable job prospects.

Sara also supports our Rehabilitation Consultants and Clients with QA/Compliance and Administrative functions and has completed nationally accredited training in Mediation, offering effective Mediation services to resolve workplace conflicts, supporting businesses with staff retention, productivity and team culture.

Sara’s broad knowledge and experience and her approachable, positive nature offers a timely, organised and proactive service to all stakeholders.
